Evidence
Built on evidence
No track is decorative. Each one is a curated field recording, or generated to a specific psycho-acoustic target, and each is tied to published research.
A four-tier rating (Strong, Moderate, Low, Traditional) is printed on every track. Where evidence is absent, Aviana says so plainly. The Traditional tier marks sounds with cultural history but no clinical backing.

How it works
Features
AI affirmations
Describe your worry in a sentence. You get a 60 to 120 second affirmation in about 15 seconds, in one of five voices. The prompt is used once and never stored.
Smart alarm
It aims to wake you in light sleep inside your chosen window. It improves the odds of waking rested. It does not guarantee them.
Adaptive audio
With a wearable, the soundscape responds overnight to motion and heart rate. Without one, it still varies texture on a schedule.
